He was preceded in death by his son, Dr. R. Chris Martin; and a daughter, Sybil Stone.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Buford Grady of Batesville, AR; stepdaughter, Vicki Courtney of Conway, AR; stepsons, Bill Woodward of Boyd, TX and Roger Woodward of Conway, AR; brother, Robert Martin of Ft. Worth, TX; 11 grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2011 at East Memorial Chapel – Moores Lane with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home – Moores Lane.
