Helen Lorene Andres

Helen Lorene Andres, 98, of Texarkana, AR passed away November 20, 2016 in Mena, AR. Mrs. Andres was born January 27, 1918 in Parsons, KS. She was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church and Silver Circle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred L. Andres, Sr.

Survivors include her son, Alfred L. Andres, Jr. and his wife, Bobbie of Texarkana, TX; daughter, Shelba Collins and her husband, Ronald of Mena, AR; sister, Wilma Gene Morris of Collinsville, OK: grandsons, John R. Collins and his wife, Jamie of Aurora, CO and Trace Andres and his wife, Amy of Ft Smith, AR granddaughters, Michelle Bula and her husband John of Wetumpka, AL, and Amanda Goco and her husband, John of Columbia, MD; and 7 great grandchildren and one a niece Barbara Strope of Collinsville, OK.

Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at St. Edwards Catholic Church; Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Paul Worm and Deacon David Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Coffeyville, KS. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.

In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St Edwards Catholic Church building fund.
