She was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Briggs.

Survivors included daughter and son-in-law, Shary and Ken Elder of Texarkana, AR; two sons, Bill Briggs and Jim Briggs both of Fouke, AR; 9 grandchildren and spouses, Christopher and Nicole Elder, Jonathan Elder, Brandie and John Cupples, Brittany Rupe, Chance Briggs, Dillon and Meagon Briggs, Colleen and Gannon Carter, Samantha and Drew Cook and Kendyll Briggs and Sean Johnston; 11 great grandchildren, Liam Elder, Lana Elder, Lily Elder, Luke Elder, Zander Cupples, Christian Cupples, Addison Cupples, Easton Rupe, Gavin Rupe, Roman Cook and Ayden Johnston.

Family will have a private burial.
