Elmer (Fat Pa) London, 83, of Texarkana, TX passed away January 29, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. London was born September 13, 1936 in Loving, NM. He was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church and a retired Route Driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Eunice London.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years and the love of his life, Janet London of Texarkana, TX; daughter, Debbie London Hayes of Wake Village, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Rosemary London of Wake Village, TX; grandchildren, Justin and Jessica May of Lantana, TX, Carrie and Jonathan Slay of Texarkana, TX, Tiffany and Nathan London-Fails and Richard London, Jr.; great grandchildren, Caitlyn Blocker, Kyra Lane, London Lane, Jace Fails, Madison May, Cade May, Ainsley May, Ruby Slay and Asher James Slay; brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Cody London; and sister, Susie Whitlock.

Service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, February 1, 2020 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Kevin Myers and Rev. Floyd Folsom officiating, under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2020 at the funeral home.
