Mrs. Haworth was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dean Haworth.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Shannon and Shelva Haworth, daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and John Woisard. Mrs. Haworth is also survived by her two brothers, Johnny Shipp and Marion Shipp and her sister Sue Stout and her granddaughters, Ava and Hannah Haworth.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Church on the Rock with Pastor Mike Ulmer officiating.
Burial will follow in Old Rondo Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
