Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Burke

Elizabeth "Liz" Burke, 84 of Texarkana, TX passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at a local nursing home. She was born on May 23, 1933 in Malta, TX. Mrs. Burke was a Christian, member of Landmark Baptist Church, a beautiful woman, wife, mother and very special grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include her husband Donald Burke; Children, daughter, Sherryl Womack of Texarkana, Texas; Daughter Monica Hall and her husband Ronnie Hall of Missouri City, Texas; granddaughter, Erin Hall of Granbury, Texas,;granddaughter Jamie Womack and Marlon Lineberry of Genoa, Arkansas; Grandson Michael Womack of Texarkana, Arkansas; Sisters, Brenda Hurdt and husband Butch Hurdt of Texarkana, Arkansas, Peggy Stone and husband Billy Stone of Texarkana, Arkansas and brother Boyd Carter and wife Olivia Carter of Madison, Alabama,; sister-in-law, Donnie Carter of Tyler, Texas; great-grandchildren, Amber Waters and husband Trent Waters, Mallorey Womack, Kaylen Foster, Sky Foster and Jordon Thompson and numerous nieces and nephews

Services will be 11am Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at East Memorial Chapel with Dr. Bruce Hargrave officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends fro 10am to 11am on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
