He is preceded in death by his parents, Elby and Inez Thomas, sister Virginia Robinson and nephew, Clint Durr.
Survivors include four nieces and their husbands, Darlene and John Weems, Melissa Durr, Jackie and Kevin Alford and Renee Robinson; brother-in-law, Jacky Robinson and a number of cousins and great nieces and nephews.
