Donna "Grandma Bandit" Owens

Donna "Grandma Bandit" Owens, 73, of Texarkana, TX passed away March 20, 2015 in a local hospital. Mrs. Owens was born February 25, 1942 in Leesville, LA. She was a long time member of Red Lick United Methodist Church, Employee and Volunteer at First Choice Pregnancy Center, a former lap counter at area racing events and a former bus driver.

Survivors include her husband, Donald R. Owens of Texarkana, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Steve Campisi of Texarkana, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Donovan and Darla Owens of Redwater, TX; grandson, David Campisi of Memphis, TN; granddaughter, Ashton Owens of Redwater, TX; sisters and brother-in-law, Joveta Philyaw of Texarkana, TX and Janet and Lonnie Binnicker of Wake Village, TX.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2015 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Revs. Brian Waddell and Kevin Schutte officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m., on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at East Funeral Home - Downtown.
