Delna Orr, 92, of Texarkana, TX passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at her home. She was born on January 4, 1927 in Nacogdoches, TX to Roy and Texana Frix. She was a member of Hardy Memorial Methodist Church. Retired after many years as administrator of Texarkana Bowie County Health Dept.

Preceded in death by her husband Monte Orr, SR., two brothers Charles and George Frix, one brother-in-law Charles Orr.

Survived by her children Monte Orr, Jr (Karon), Bruce Orr and Bobbie Eberhardy (Mike), sisters Texa Hughes, Mona Porter and Carol Frix Powell, brother-in-law Lawrence Orr (Francine). Plus many other family and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, February 21, 2019 at East Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Patrick Evans.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
