Debra L. Black, 58, of Texarkana, TX passed away November 7, 2016 in a local hospital. Mrs. Black was born July 21, 1958.
Survivors include her husband, Bert Black of Texarkana, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Clint and Melinda Black of Texarkana, TX; step grandchildren, Taylor and Ryan Smith; and sister, Mary Watson of Texarkana, TX.
Service will be 10 a.m., Friday, November 11, 2016 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with burial in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the funeral home.
