Darren Gene Maxey, 49, of Texarkana, TX passed away February 8, 2017 at his home. Mr. Maxey was born August 19, 1967 in Owensboro, KY. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Doris and Burford Hawkins of Texarkana, TX; sister, Sandra Farmers of Texarkana, TX; and brothers, Steve Maxey of PA, and Allen Maxey and Larry Maxey both of SC. and number of nieces an nephews.
No service is scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
