Preacher I miss you daily.  I am so thankful that God placed you in my life for a season.  I would not be a Pastor today if it was not for your leadership.

Bro. Trull touched my life when he came to Ennis and did a teacher/ workers banquet for BBC. He preached a powerful inspirational message! Even though I was not close to them... He and Jeanette always made me feel like we were! The last time I saw him was at R.D. Wade's church-host of the RRVBBF meeting n may. I'd never seen him in a cowboy hat and didn't recognize him. He stuck out his hand as I was going by and said "hi Sharon!" Another soldier of the cross has gone to glory to be with my Gary!!! Won't heaven be a grand reunion?!!!

I have so many great memories of Uncle Charles. He was a Godly man and a great story teller. No one could give me a big ole bear hug like Uncle Charles. I'm going to miss his laugh too! I loved Uncle Charles very much and had a special bond with him. Aunt Jeanette, Kim, Robin, Charla & Brian, I love you guys too!

 Charles was my uncle and a very godly man.I remember as a child he always smiled and had a loving heart.I am very honored to know him and have him as my uncle.I spent some summer's with my cousins his kids and it was a great home.I remember the fun I had and the feeling of God's love in that home.I had the best memories as a young girl going to church,camp,and having fellowship with godly people he knew.I always enjoyed his hugs because when he hugs you knew he loved you.I love you UNCLE CHARLES until we see each other again.

We will certainly miss Bro. Trull. He was a wonderful, caring  pastor to us and a dear friend. He was always there when we needed him .   I cannot count the times he sat with me at the hospital while sonny was having some kind of procedure.  Sonny and I loved him very much and he will be missed by us.  We know he is in heaven and as they say we will not say goodbye to him but see you soon.  We love you Jeanette  and we know  it will be hard at first but at least you do have a hope that some day you all will be together again.  With all of our love.

Bro. Trull was our Pastor for several years at Faith Baptist Church in Little Rock. He will be greatly missed by so many because he touched so many lives. He was always so happy and I loved to hear him laugh. We love all of you and you will continue to be in our prayers.

From Glory to Glory! Bro. Trull and his family have been a big influence on my life! Rock solid and faithful in word and deed as long as I have known them all! He wouldn't come back for anything but watches us from Heaven! Magnify God and stay faithful! Love and prayers!

Charles, you were and always will be a true friend who shall never be forgotten. I will not forget the sermons I was fortunate to hear you preach, nor will I ever forget things like, that cute laugh you had, having Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast, the way you always made people smile and laugh - especially when they didn't really want to because of personal problems over powering them at the time. What an amazing man Bro Trull was. He made such an impression the first time you meet him. He loved The Lord with his whole soul and heart and that was very apparent. We are praying for his sweet wife, and his children and grand children. He will be dearly missed but its not goodbye for we know he is just gone ahead to the other side. Heaven is sweeter because Bro Trull is there.

I am so sorry for your loss Jeanette. I didn't know your husband except for the things that you have told me. From that, I know he must have been such a good man. One of my favorite memories is Charles' laughing!!  He loved life and preaching God's Word, leading people to Jesus,his wife and children and grandchildren were sooooo precious to him!! When I first learned of Bro. Trulls Home-going, I've never had such joy knowing someone was face to face with our Jesus...the very Savior he lived for and served. The greatest lesson I received from him was the importance of building a godly heritage. Because of his living example, I have that in the forefront of my heart concerning my own family. I've had the gift of serving alongside him, his children and many of his grandchildren. His son pastors my own son. He and Mrs. Trull are gems and I never took his presence in my life for granted. His many sermons in my life, thankfully, hold eternal value. Thank you Bro. Trull for your living example of steadfastness and faith. You will be greatly missed.

Brother Trull and I met at Brook Hollow Baptist Church, DeSoto, TX in the mid 70s.  I drove a bus and we often worked on the buses and visited together.  Over the three years we were there at that time our families became fast friends. We stayed in contact over the next 30 or so years as we traveled with my business career visiting them many times at Brook Hollow and in Little Rock.  In time my career brought us back to Texas and our son Marc tagged along with us on one such visit and became 'reaquainted' with Sharla.  Our family friendship was already in place, but sharing grandchildren made it more special.  We will miss Charles, but knowing we will see eachother again in Heaven is a true Blessing! Our prayers continue for Jeanette and the family!
