Billy Ray Seale 85, of Texarkana, TX passed away September 20, 2014 at his home. Billy Ray was born July 31, 1929 in Minden, LA. He was a member of Moore's Lane First Baptist Church, where he was a Deacon and Children's Sunday School Director and Teacher. He chaired and served on various First Baptist Church committees. Billy Ray did mission work in Cuba, Brazil and for Home Mission Relief projects; he was a member of the Evening Kiwanis; lifetime member of the Gideons; and retired from Wholesale Electric Supply after 29 years.
He is preceded in death by his son, Tommy Seale; his parents, Alfred Norman and Quinnie House Seale; and brothers, Robert Seale and Raymond Seale.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, JoAnn Seale of Texarkana, TX; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Becky Seale of San Antonio. TX and John and Jeanie Seale of Saltillo, MS; daughters and sons-in-law, Janie and Jerry Sellers of Texarkana, TX and Linda Henderson and Wayne Weaver of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren and their spouses, Amanda and Kevin Samples of Rock Wall, TX, Emily and Brian Burns of Wake Village, TX; Kelly and Dr. Sam Hall of Tupelo, MS, Kristen Seale of Nash, TX, Elizabeth Sellers of Little Rock, AR, Rachel and Kyle Sweat of McCaskill, AR, Caitlin and Phillip Huckabee of San Antonio, TX and Samantha RayAnn Henderson of Texarkana, TX; and great grandchildren, Emma, Bree, Brian, Jr., Lexi, Noah, Levi, Mabree, Hunter and Wyatt.
