Betty Jean Rigney

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Michael Rigney, Sr.; father, Jeff Francis Wilson; and her mother, Eloise Gourrier Wilson.

Survivors include her son, Edward Rigney and daughter-in-law, Lea Ann Rigney; sisters, Ernestine Sawyer and Eleanor Abney; three grandchildren, Kevin, Alle and Carle; and ten great grandchildren. She also had a number of nieces and nephews she loved like her own.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 p.m., Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Justin Braun officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane. Rosary will be recited at 1p.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church prior to the mass.
