Annie Louise Smith

Mrs. Smith was born July 14, 1924 in Texarkana, AR. She was the last Charter member of St. Lukes United Methodist Church and a faithful member of Methodist Women.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Smith; and infant son, Grady Wayne.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Peggy and Charles "Mitch" Anderson of Texarkana, TX and Shirley Louise White of Nashville, AR; son, Danny Ray Smith of Little Rock, AR;, A Brother, Francis Hardin; grandchildren, Brian Anderson, Todd Anderson, Jason White and Adria White; and 8 great grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, February 4, 2012 at St. Lukes United Methodist Church, with Rev. Forrest Garrett officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2012 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Lukes United Methodist Church.
