She was a member of Montrose United Methodist Church.
Phyllis loved helping homeless animals: taking in strays, loved collecting dolls and teddy bears, and loved music and dancing.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Roy Duncan; Norman Dearnbarger, Vernon “Skip” Dearnbarger, Lloyd “Buck” Dearnbarger, Dorothy Smith, and Lucille Mentzer.
Phyllis is survived by Diana (Bill) Zwerner of Terre Haute, Janet (Gene) Crowthers of Terre Haute, and Donna (Mike) Harding of Terre Haute; special niece, Julianne Stelle.
Thank you to everyone who has lent a hand in our mothers last years.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Terre Haute Spay and Neuter or Terre Haute Humane Society.
