Jack was born on July 13, 1930 in St. Louis to Hugh and Margaret Hennessy.
He was a graduate of Gerstmeyer High School, and had been a member of American Legion Post 340, Zorah Shrine, Scottish Rite, and Grotto.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita; and two daughters, Jackie Rudisel and Peggy Barnes.
Surviving are his children, John (Nancy) Hennessy Jr., Cheryl Sue (David) Ensey, Bob (Rosie) Hennessy, Debbie Hennessy, and James Hennessy; several grandchildren including Michael (Autumn) Bodie who were his caretakers; several greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 11 AM at Roselawn Funeral Home, where friends may visit one hour prior to services. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
