Evelyn Juanita Castiglione

Evelyn Juanita Castiglione, 93, of Indianapolis, passed away at home December 18, 2014 with son, Brent Ward and grandson, Jonathan Peck by her side. Best known as, "Juanita", she was born on May 3, 1921 in Terre Haute, IN to proud parents James and Hazel Kinser. She graduated from Wiley High School in 1939 and took classes at a Business School where she gained her knowledge of secretarial skills. She was proud of her years as a medical secretary, but retired and traveled this world a bit, visiting Italy, Spain and Egypt and belonged to a Mardi Gras group where she was able to showcase her ballroom dancing abilities with her second husband Paul. Later, she selflessly helped to raise her granddaughter, Heather, until her high school years.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hazel Kinser, husbands, Kenneth Ward and Paul Castiglione.

She is survived by her son, Brent Ward, stepson, Richard Castiglione, stepdaughter, Engra Castiglione, grandson, Nick Castiglione, granddaughter and husband, Heather and Charles Young and great grandchildren, Aidan and Angelina Young.
