Christine Kennedy

She was a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School class of 1977. After graduation she was a Supervisor in the Event Planning Department at Indiana State University, where she retired in 2022 with 20 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey Kennedy; her children, Jeffery Ryan McClain and wife Sandy of Terre Haute; Sarah Goda and husband Chad of Rosedale; one brother, Danny Curtis and wife Gretchen of Rosedale; one sister Tammy Curtis of Terre Haute; a sister-in-law, Debbie York and husband David of Bargersville; six grandchildren, Lily Goda, Reese McClain, Sage Goda, Tucker Goda, Gunner McClain, Victor McClain; a special aunt and uncle, Connie Danhour and husband John; many nieces and nephews; and Frankie her beloved Pug.

Christine enjoyed spending time at the Grand kid's events, spending time with her friends, including going to lunch with her two special friends, Michelle Lewis and Becky Lowe. Her favorite dessert was Lemon Meringue, and enjoyed baking. She and Jeff enjoyed motorcycle rides together.

Christmas was her favorite holiday. Baking and especially decorating cookies was something the family looked forward to all year long, especially her grandchildren.

In keeping with Christine's wishes, no services will be held.
