Carol Ann Moore

Carol was born October 13th, 1951 to William Raymond Moore and Marjorie Lillian Cundiff Moore. She had two brothers, Stephen (Steve) and Michael (Mike) Moore.

Carol was in the last graduating class at Garfield High School. She then went on to be a Nanny. Carol loved to care for people so much that she went on to become a CNA at Union Hospital. She had taken care of several elderly people after leaving Union. One lady that immediately comes to mind is Margaret Jaeger. Margaret’s family has always spoken very highly of Carol, and likewise, Carol always thought a lot of the entire Jaeger family.

She moved her career onto long term facilities. Carol was an Activities Director at several different facilities around Vigo County. She then became an Assistant Activities Director. Carol was lucky enough to work under Kathleen Moates Lee. She always thought a lot of Kathleen.

Carol is preceded in death by both of her parents, her brother Steve and, brother Mike.

Carol is survived by her God son Ryan Morge; two nephews Dustin and Jesse; cousins Saverne Geisert, Wayne Lunsford, Kim Nesbitt, Yvonne Phillips, Kevin Cundiff, Scott Morge, Jeff Cundiff, and Sonya Powell; and Carol had several special cousins.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 4th, 2024 at Roselawn Funeral Home from 11AM to 1PM with funeral services to follow.
