He was born March 16, 1943 in Hackensack, New Jersey.
From age two, he lived in Chicago, Illinois.
In 1967 he married his wife Joanne and they had three beautiful children.
He worked 38 years at Union Special Corp in Huntley, Illinois. He then went back to school to receive his certificate to teach special education children, and retired from Marengo Union School District.
Mr. Browne is survived by his wife, Joanne and his three children Raymond Richard Browne, Stephen David Browne, and Kimberly Karen Grohman.
He is also survived by five Grandchildren Tim Browne, Casey Browne, Carey Browne, Jordan Knudson, and Hannah Grohman. Mr. Browne is also survived by three great grandchildren, Aurora Hernandez, Deacon Browne and Theodore Brown.
A Private Service will be held.
