Raymond Alexander III, age 59, of Temple, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple surrounded by family. He was born on January 20, 1964 in Waco, Texas to Raymond G. Alexander Jr. and Guadalupe Bustamante.
Raymond graduated from Rogers High School in 1982. He worked as a Tile Setter. Raymond's passion was music, playing and singing karaoke. In his spare time he enjoyed working as a DJ. Most of all he loved his two boys, Andrew and Raymond.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond G. Alexander Jr. and his sister, Elizabeth Griffet.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife Samone Sherie Alexander of Temple, sons, Raymond Alexander IV and Andrew J. Tamez of Temple, mother, Guadalupe B. Alexander of Seaton,Paul James Alexander of Seaton, mother in law Virginia L. Gray and father in law, Richard James Gray of Temple and nieces, Natalie Bettge of Little River Academy, Eva Marshall of Glenn Heights, Texas, and numerous great nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers are Andrew Sisneroz Jr. , Rick Gutierrez, Joseph Alexander, Daniel Jones, David Jones, Willie Quintero, honorary pallbearers, Christopher Sisneroz, John Anthony Alexander and Jack McCall.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Rosary at 7:00pm at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Temple, TX. A funeral mass will be on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM at St. Monica Catholic Church, Cameron, Texas. A burial will follow at St. Monica Catholic Church Cemetery, Cameron, Texas.
