Patsy Ann Steinert, age 87 of Temple, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2024 at Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation Center in Belton. Funeral service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oenaville Cemetery in Oenaville. The family will receive visitors from 5-7:00pm Friday, February 9, 2024 at the funeral home.
Patsy Ann Steinert was born in Temple, Texas on August 9, 1936. Patsy was a loving Mom, Granny and Great Granny. She would always have a smile on her face that would light up any room. She had a passion for people and absolutely loved her family. She was very passionate about sports but especially the game of Softball. She was named in the Temple Women's Softball Hall of Fame and continued her passion by coaching Girls Little League for many years. Patsy was self-employed and always enjoyed seeing that people were taken care of. Patsy was preceded in death by her two daughters, six brothers, five sisters, mother and father.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Amy Lynn Kirk and husband Kyle of Troy; two grandsons, James Ray Key, Jr and wife Isabella of Temple and Terry Dean Key of Temple; four great grandchildren, Dillyn Sneed, Jaiden Kirk, Sophia Key and Rylan Key; and one great great grandchild, Luna Sneed.
Many great memories were made in her lifetime and she will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
