A funeral service for Lee will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Temple, Texas. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Temple, Texas. Burial will follow to Moody Cemetery, Moody, Texas.
Lee served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a Seaman Second Class. Lee earned an Associates of Arts from Temple Junior College. He was head of collections with TXU Energy for 35 years. Lee married Margie Christine Morgan on November 28, 1952. Together they had one daughter, Lacee Lea Woods.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Margie Youngblood and one grandchild.
Lee is survived by his daughter Lacee Lea woods, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
