Jerry Wayne Quinn

Jerry Wayne Quinn, 82, passed away at his home early Saturday morning on November 18, 2023. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A family dinner for his celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. .

Jerry was born on May 22, 1941, in Jacksboro, TX to Roy and Jessie Jane (Fields) Quinn. He has been a Central Texas resident most of his life and worked in the construction business as a carpenter early on in his career. He was united in marriage to Mary Lou Sindt on July 7th, 1961. Together they started their own business, Quinn Construction Co. that flourished for 25 years. They also bowled for 30+ years in numerous leagues and were dedicated members of the Elks Lodge in Temple. They loved to travel to Shreveport, Louisiana, to gamble. Jerry was a huge fan of his vehicles, motorcycles, and the Dallas Cowboys. He was a carefree spirit and loved his family very much.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Quinn, sons Randall and Thomas Quinn, grandchildren, Jennifer King and husband Damon, Jami Renick, Christopher, and Wesley Quinn and his 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jimmy, and sister Shirley as well as his great grandson, Michael Renick, Jr.
