Frankie I will miss you I always remember what a good time we had at the Oriole's game when you came to DC (Maryland) to visit your Dad.  And I will miss you on messenger getting Tips on how to bowl Auntie Yolanda (X).

Dear Frank,  I taught you reading at Rocky Mountain.  Later you'd drop by my classroom to say 'hi', give me a hug or handshake, but always a smile and kind words. Your mother taught you well, but you had many teachers, in classrooms, some were peers, others adults, all friends you'd met along your journey. I love that so many have been touched by you, for that's what we each do on our own journeys. I can imagine that you've already been making friends a-plenty in this new venture, but One special friend that's been close to you since before birth and now welcomes you back into His embrace, our Redeemer, Lord Jesus. As an infant, child, or young man, some may have only seen that you were disadvantaged -until they got to know you. Then they became a friend and saw that outward things weren't as important as a person was inwardly and eternally. That's your gift to all who knew you and will be your legacy for the short 27+ years of your life, but life fully lived. As I said when I last saw you, "I love you. You're such an awesome young man. Thanks for being my friend and keeping in touch."    ....And I'm sure you will.  Luvya bud, Your "Incredible Mrs. O" .       P.S. Angie and Carroll say 'hi". And one of those hugs I gave you, would you please give it to my Kurt, he'll be glad to see you again.

I offer my heartfelt condolences to Frank's family. I worked with Frank for a few years & you couldn't ask for a better co-worker. He was always a joy to be around.

I was friends with Frank from the moment I met him. We bowled a lot of games together, had a lot of good conversations over the phone and via text message. I will miss him very much. I love you Frank!

Going to miss you Frank. Tue to the saying, Every stranger was a friend you hadn't met yet. From the first time I met you at the bowling alley and every time we bumped into each other afterwards, your friendship shined its everlasting light. Rest easy my friend. God bless you, your family, and your friends who love you dearly....

This needs to be corrected.. Regardless of what happened in life, did we forget Frankie had a real father FRANK ALVIN BROWN who is still alive.  And Frankie is not the IV he is either Jr. Or II. His father is not a Jr. He just has his father's first and last name.

My sincere condolences to Frank's dear family.  May these Bible promises comfort them in this time of sorrow.  Jehovah God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit.  And he will wipe away the tears from all faces.  Isaiah 25:8; Psalm 34:18 NWT.  Peace be with you all.

You will be greatly missed bud. I still remember the first time we meet.  It was a Wednesday in summer we were all in the park playing games singing and listening to the lesson. You came and sat right next to me and we talked awhile.  And we were friends from that point on.

I am a Captain and manager with Lagoon Security, that position gave Me the opportunity to know Frank during his employment there. He was always so kind and so happy to see us, even on the days when we knew he wasn't feeling well. He always brought a smile to our faces and he will be missed by so many who knew him!! Prayers to the family and friends. Rest In Peace my friend.

Oh Frank, you will be missed greatly. We have so many memories with you..... bowling, chatting, Austin's graduation party.... even having a beer together. You've been a bright light I  our lives. Heaven is now brighter with you. Miss you buddy.

Frank we sure are going to miss you!!! I am going to miss helping you out and making sure you were at your games on time and giving you rides to practice and having some enjoyable conversations! btw I loved doing it! Frank was a good friend I loved being a round him. Me and a friend went Bowling with him one time and he had so much fun with us and he did beet us but it was all good because he had fun with 2 of his friends I truly will miss him a lot and I will miss seeing him walk in Roy. from his good friend Pam Hardy
