A funeral service will occur Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Scanio- Harper Funeral Home, 3110 Airport Road, Temple, TX 76504. A burial will occur Monday, January 24, 2022 at Hillcrest Cemetery, 1873 North 1st Street, Temple, TX 76501.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Veronica Cardona; son, Christopher Garza; grandson, Carlos Garza; granddaughter, Aribellah Garza; 2-brothers, Arthur Garza and Sam Garza.
