During her formative years, Tina moved to Florida where she would spend the rest of her life. While living in Tampa, she began her own family at the young age of 15. From day one, Tina was a natural to motherhood with an endless devotion to her children. She shared this endless devotion with her grandson, who she constantly doted on. Tina was also a very loving sister, aunt, and cousin, with strong family values and ties. Tina was always surrounded by family and where Tina was there was always fun and laughter. Sibling rivalry could be seen during a game of darts, horse shoes, pool, or cornhole. She loved fishing, making beaded bracelets, bowling, swimming and coloring with all of the children in our family. As someone who always puts others first, Tina frequently helped care for her father before his passing and was caring for her mother at the time of her own passing. She loved animals and rescued countless little fur babies.
Tina worked hard to provide for her children and family. Alongside her ex-husband, she was able to buy her first home at the age of 21.
Tina was the most caring and compassionate woman, who always put others first. She had the warmest heart. Her big hands and long arms gave us the most loving hugs and protection.
Tina was preceded in death by her father and sister-in-law, Cheryl King.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Spence and spouse Carolina; son, Jeremy Spence and spouse ShaNae; grandson, Jude Spence; mother, Patricia Williams; siblings, Tammy Won and spouse Glenn, Timothy King and Chasity King. Tina is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 4, 2024 from 12-1 PM at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N. 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 followed by a Celebration of Life beginning at 1 PM.
