Neil Robert Wyman

In 1968, Neil enlisted into the US Air Force and was selected for Officer Candidate School. Once he graduated he was later deployed to Shemya working on radar systems. After four years, Neil was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain and soon began his career teaching physics to high school and college students.

Neil went on to meet his wife Barbara in Orlando while they were attending Nova University in pursuit of their PhDs. They married in 1988 and spent the next 36 years dedicated to each other.

Neil is survived by his wife Barbara, son James and his wife Michele, his grandchildren Adan and Ethan, who he adored, his sister Eileen, his brother Ronnie, and a host of extended family and friends.

Neil was not only loved and respected by his family, but by his students who he developed friendships with well into their professional careers. Neil will be missed and forever in our thoughts.

A memorial will be held for Neil at 1pm on October 19th, 2024 at 19208 Verdant Pasture Way, Tampa FL 33647.
