Joni and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Mark was such kind man. It always made me smile to hear his southern accent on the other end of the phone. He will forever be remembered fondly. Sending you all my love and thoughts during this time.

Dad, I can't believe I am writing this, nothing could prepare me for this day! Dad, thank you for everything you did for our family.  Thank you for all the baseball, football, basketball games and the hours you put in for Jason and I to have the childhood we had.  I can't thank you enough for all the time you spent with us. It meant the world to me. I have many memories of my father, but one memory I will never forget! I think I was 10 years old we were at McDonald's and I could see something was bothering my dad and this lady had 4 kids and was splitting 2 kids meals between the 4 of them, so dad went over and bought all there meals and bought them ice cream when they were done. I asked him why and he said "nobody should go hungry"  I could really see at this point it bothered him.We didn't have much either, we had what we wanted and needed, my dad made sure of that. My dad's unwavering compassion and kindness for people has always stood out to me. That small act of kindness among many my dad has done has had a huge impact on me until this day. Dad, I will not say goodbye.  Until I see you again, I love you dad! 

Mark was a great person and I enjoyed time on the baseball field coaching with and against his teams. Mark loved the game and his boys. He will be missed by all.

Mark was a great man . I’ve never seen him anything but happy always outgoing and his hospitality was unmatched . We would go to his house and Mark and Joni would never tell us no :) I remember when he had a drink machine out by the pool and I thought that was the best thing I’ve ever seen . (I’m pretty sure 3 out of the 4 buttons was beer though) :). I always brag about Mark and Joni being so successful with their realty business in celebration , they worked so hard , they are an exceptional example of where hard work will get you. I will miss mark , we lost a great man but will always have great memories of him. Until we meet again , we miss and love you !

Mark ws a friend, a fellow baseball coach and one of those guys you never forget.  Before moving from Florida, I had known Mark since the 8th grade.  We coached together, partied together with other friends and our wives,  He lived life and enjoyed it.  Nothing was more important to that man that Joni and his 2 boys. I had the great opportunity to work with Mark and he was so kind and generous.  I appreciated his professionalism, respect and he was a pure joy to work with in real estate. I would love to hear all about his travels with his wife, Joni.  May God watch over your family at this time. May you rest in peace, Mark.  

Mark and I had many great conversations in my post office. He was as I am very laid back and was most comfortable in shorts like me. We often talked sports though our views clashed as he was a gator and I a Cane but it was always friendly. He and Joni were a great team together and friends to so many. He and his smile will be missed.

I was fortunate to work with Mark for a couple of years.  He was once of the nicest and happiest people I have ever known.  Our prayers are for Joni and family. 

Mark was family ..Eric and Mark chatted politics, money and where out next trip was going to
Be.  Mark was my restaurant seat buddy as we liked the chairs and Eric and Joni preferred the bench.
Are hearts are broke however we find comfort in the fact he is not in pain anymore as we watched him struggle so much .
He will be missed and he was loved 🥰
