Phillip M. Stamper

Phillip Stamper age 75 of New Tazewell, TN was born February 23, 1942 and passed away February 26, 2017. Phillip was a loving brother, husband, father , grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, doing home improvement and working with wood. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Levia Stamper; siblings: Paul, Jennette, Ralph, Eulene, Dee, Priscilla; Daughter: Amy Firth; Grandson: Paul Stamper; great Grandson: Shawn Snelewski.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Mary Stamper

Children: Phillip Stamper, Kathy Stamper, Sarah Stamper, Tonya Broyles, Billy Stamper and Christine Dority

Siblings: Jim Stamper, Joe Stamper, Becky Collins

12 Grandchildren and 10 great Grandchildren.

As well as a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 9 A.M. until 12 P.M. Friday March 3, 2017 at Coffey Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 12 Noon Friday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at 3 P.M Friday in the Boggs Cemetery in Harlan, KY.
