Lou Addie Day

Lou Addie Cline Day age 86 of Tazewell, TN passed away peacefully at the University of Tennessee Hospital on November 8, 2016 after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Wade and Mossie Cline. Lou Addie was also preceded in death by her husband Cas N. Day, 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She was a very loving and giving Mother, Sister, Friend and Nanny to many. She was a member of Mayes Chapel United Methodist Church and a graduate of Claiborne County High School, class of 1950.

After marriage to Cas Day, they made their home in Jackson, Michigan until her Mother passed away and she and Cas moved back to Tazewell to care for her father.

She is survived by her Daughter Pam Murphy and husband Jim of Tazewell, TN

Larry Cline and wife Andrea of Tazewell, TN

Sister-in-law: Barbara Cline of Yorktown, VA

Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held November 11, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN with Ministers, Pastor Dennis Fox, Rev. Jack Day and Pastor Bill Duncan officiating. Special music by Janice Derreberry and Pastor Dennis Fox. The family will receive friends from 4 P.M. until time for the funeral service. Committal service and interment will be held Saturday November 12, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Moody Cemetery in Tazewell, TN with Pastor Dennis Fox officiating. Family and friends should meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M. Saturday.
