Joshua Williams

Joshua Randall Williams, age 34, son of Randy and Kathy Williams. Josh was born on December 9, 1984 and passed away on January 3, 2019. Josh was saved as a teen at Yellow Springs Baptist Church, and baptized by Mark Sutton. He graduated from Claiborne High in 2003. Josh loved to spend time playing with his niece and two nephews. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Curtis Williams and Hettie Bolden Williams, maternal grandparents Boone Boggs and Lela Money. Josh is survived by his parents Randy Williams and Kathy Boggs Williams. Sister Natasha (Isaac) Nunn. Brother Tyler (Joy) Williams. Niece Lailah Nunn. Nephews Landon Nunn and Greyson Williams. Special friends who he loved like family Victor Brooks and Vickie Worell. Paternal uncle Danny (Linda) Williams. Maternal aunts Della Boggs, Diane (Lee) Billingsley, and Sandy (Brady) Southern. Cousins Chris (Sherry) Billingsley, Kevin Billingsley, and Cameron Schultz.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the Claiborne County Hospital, Dr. Stewart, Brad Gilbert, Judy Meyers, Deidre Pabon, Jeremy Goins, Jason Pabon, Harrison Cornett, Jamie Venable, Claiborne EMS, Medic Flight Team, several other Claiborne County officers and nurse staff; for taking care of our son and brother during this tragic time.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses.

The family will receive friends Sunday January 6th from 11 AM until 1 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel, with a graveside service to follow at Boggs Cemetery.
