Harold Turner

Mr. Harold Turner age 73 of New Tazewell, TN was born August 30, 1936 and passed away February 18, 2010 at his home. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a member of Goins Chapel Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar, and was the host of the Sunday Evening Gospel Hour. His desire was to reach the sick and shut in on Sunday evenings at 1:00 P.M. He was preceded in death by his father, Dayton and mother, Sallie Griffen Turner; sister Opal Pierce and brother Hubert Turner.

He is survived by his daughter: Robin and Drew Wisecarver of Knoxville, TN

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M. Saturday night at the Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN. Funeral service 1:00 P.M. Sunday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Shoemaker Cemetery.
