Mrs. Barbara Jean Parker age 68 of Tazewell, TN was born June 4, 1945 and passed away October 5, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Mulberry Gap Baptist Church. She loved to travel, but most of all, she was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jerry Lee Parker; and her Father and Mother, Jake and Axie Payne Skidmore.

She is survived by Sons: Johnny and Vicki Parker

Jerry Michael and Tonya Parker all of Tazewell, TN

Grandchildren: Leann Parker

Christopher Parker, Tyler Parker and Brandon Widner

Sisters: Pauline Pendleton, Juanita Baker, Linda Skidmore and Joyce Burchett

Sister-in-law: Ernestine Earls

Special Friends: Carol Liford, Ray and Brenda Edds

Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Monday October 7, 2013 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 8:00 P.M. Monday night in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday morning in the Irish Memorial Garden.
