Thomas Cruz Reyes

Thomas was born in Maysfield on August 30th 1945 to the late Leonard Reyes & Juanita Cruz. He married on Marie Maurene Inocencio Flores on January 11th, 1968; they were married for 55 years.

He worked as a Farmer, Custodian and a few other jobs for over 30 years. Thomas enjoyed his family, cars, shooting pool and a nice cold drink. He was also actively involved in a mentor program in his years working with the different school districts.

Thomas is survived by his wife Mary. Children Richard Martinez, Thomas Reyes Jr, Thomasena Sanchez, Andrew Reyes, Louis Reyes, Juesse Reyes and Alexander Reyes. He was able to see born numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who are left to cherish his memory.

Thomas is preceded in death by his mother and Father. Along with his sisters; Minnie Reyes, Teresa Reyes, Rosa Reyes. Brothers; Leno Reyes, Toby Reyes, Paul Reyes, Martin Reyes, John Reyes, Santiago Reyes.

Service to honor his life journey will be held on Saturday November 18th, 2023. Richard Martinez, Luis Reyes, Jeusse Reyes, Thomas Reyes III, Manuel Sanchez and Alexander Reyes Jr. will serve as pallbearers.

A viewing for Thomas will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Condra Funeral Home, 503 Talbot St, Taylor, Texas 76574. Following the viewing will be a burial at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Cemetery, Rockdale, TX.
