Scott Vincent Goodnight, 71, of Bartlett, Texas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Scott was born September 12, 1951 to Byron and Mary Ellen Goodnight in Van Nuys, California. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, his elder brother Mike and wife Lyndia. He is survived by his elder brother Dennis, sister Susan Mcguire, and daughters Wendy Boyd and Brandie Clay and their families.
Scott graduated from Chatsworth high school in 1970, and entered his lifelong trade of construction and concrete work. He spent most of his life living and working in LA county in California before moving to Austin, Texas in recent years to be closer to family due to his failing health.
