From 8 - 15 were together constantly. After school, spending the night at each others houses, being silly walking to and from classes. It wasn’t until I moved away that we lost touch. The memories of our child hood, school dances and softball games at the Taylor field on Thursday & Friday nights will forever stay with me. Since returning to the area and learning of your loss it crosses my mind frequently. Anyone who had the pleasure of sharing any moment with you knows what a ray of sunshine you were. I’m thankful I got to have so many great, funny memories with you that I can look back on. I only wish since moving back we had time to make more. 🤍

Rest in Paradise my sweet Melanie, you will we be missed greatly everyday. I will remember all the silly, crazy, fun, upsetting, trying and life changing moments we spent together. I was there for you when you gave birth to Mylz and I will be here for your son now. I love you more then just my sister-in-law.
Melanie I want you to know that your brother and myself will do anything and everything to make sure your never forgotten and Mylz will know how much his mom loved him. 
You left this world to soon.

We are so sorry to hear about Melanie, she was a very sweet girl.

You made a huge impact so fast when I was young.. it was like 15 years ago- you took me girlie shopping for the first time ever. You were like a big sister to me. Dang it Mel I love you 

I am sad to hear that you are gone, but I’m glad you are in heaven with our great grandparents. I love you Melanie and I always will. You were like a sister to me. I miss you a lot. Just know I’m always thinking of you.

We will miss you dearly my beautiful niece you will always be in our thoughts and prayers we had alot of good times together and now you can go rest high on that mountain and fly like a Philadelphia Eagle fan you where but now you can rest in peace and someday me and aunt Wendy will see you again  but until then just know that you are in are prayers forever 

I remember when I first met you and we were at my mom's house you had walked into my room and I was trying to figure out what tattoo I was going to get and you were writing in a notebook and I liked your cursive and a we were listening to  one of my favorite tupac songs playing 

ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME 
and I asked you to write it down for me and that's what I got tattooed on my left calf 

Man this is unbelievable you were a good friend and always there when I was down to make a goofy face or just say let take a ride or have a beer man Mel 
Gone to soon you will be missed dearly and my heart goes out to her son miles love you lil guy

We met when we we were both pregnant neighbors... We shared some good times. Mylz, Terrell and Annette, I will always have you in my prayers.
