Mary Ann Medina

Mary Ann Medina, age 68, was called to our Heavenly Father on May 16, 2021. Mary Ann is survived by her daughter Priscilla Fletcher and husband Roy of Pinehurst, TX; her son, Josh Turner and wife Nellie of Austin, TX; her grandson, Christian Fletcher (13) of Pinehurst, TX; her brothers Frank Medina of Elgin, TX and Jaime Medina of Austin, TX; her sister, Jovita Torres of Taylor, TX; and nieces & nephews whom she loved dearly.

Mary Ann was born on April 13, 1953 in Taylor, Texas. She worked as a Manager at HEB in Taylor for many years before leaving to attend Mansfield Business School in Austin to earn an Administrative Assistant Diploma. After graduation, Mary Ann began working as an Office Manager finishing her career with Thonhoff Consulting Engineers in Austin. In 2013, Mary Ann moved to Tomball, TX to be near her grandson.

Mary Ann was a member of Houston Northwest Baptist Church in Houston, TX. Her interests included going out to eat with her friends, doing crafts, sewing, working on puzzles, reading, and listening to Christian music. She was a devoted mother and Nana. Spending time with her family was the highlight of her life and she cherished every sleepover her grandson had with her.

Mary Ann never met a stranger and her friendliness and smile will be missed by all. She suffered from multiple health issues throughout her adult life but now she's with the Lord making tortillas & carne guisada for the Angels.
