Carolyn L. Cornell

Carolyn, was born in Taylor, Texas on August 31, 1927, to Otto and Sophie “Benke” Krueger and passed away on July 24,2015 in Round Rock, Texas. Carolyn married Arbie Cornell her loving husband of over 68 years in Coupland, Texas. She loved farming , being a housewife ,gardening, her Atlanta Braves, 42 club. She was a great cook and loved Easter egg hunts. She is survived by her husband Arbie Cornell, one daughter, Deborah Cornell Hawkins and one son Steven Howard and wife Pat Cornell, grandchildren, Dave & Jenny Lindemann, Juliann Lindemann, Bryan & Abby Johnson, Steven Cornell III and Shane & Liz Smith, great-grandchildren, Reid, Sloan, Kirsten Bell, Mia, Will, Spencer, Riley and Everett.

Chapel service was held at Condra Funeral Home Chapel on Monday July 27,2015 at 10:00 am under the direction of Condra Funeral Home.

Simply stated, Carolyn was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Carolyn leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Carolyn Cornell.
