Yolanda Gonzalez

Yolanda Gonzalez, age 89, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2022, with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Berta Milian. She was also predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years Manuel Gonzalez, Jr.

She is predeceased by her Sister, Margaret Dozier of Tampa, FL.

Yolanda is survived by her children, Charles Gonzalez (spouse Jenny) of Key West, FL., Albert Gonzalez (spouse Robin) of Key West, FL., Lisa Gonzalez (spouse Tami) of Wesley Chapel FL.; grandchildren, Jennifer Leach (spouse Mark) of Key West, FL., Stephanie Gonzalez of Tallahassee, FL., Julie Capas (spouse Ryan) of Tallahassee, FL.; great-grandchildren, Kayne and Tori Leach, Ben and Gracie Capas; along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Yolanda was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was born in Tampa, FL, and moved to Key West, FL in 1952 with the love of her life Manuel Gonzalez Jr. where she built her life raising her children. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She was an amazing cook and loved dancing.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 am, with Visitation starting at 10:30 am Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home 3207 West Bearss Avenue Tampa, FL 33618 (813)-968-2231

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to ASPCA.
