BROWN, William 'Bill', 83, of Tampa passed away on November 8, 2018. He was born in June 28, 1935 in Gary, Indiana to Robert and Juanita (Combs) Brown. Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Lupe; daughters, Heather Brown and Leslie Brown Salmave and husband Robert; son, Jaime Bouvet and wife Alyssa; brother, David Brown; and grandchildren, Kaitlin, Devin, and Olivia. Family will receive friends from 3-6pm on Tuesday, November 13 at the Blount & Curry, Oldsmar/West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr, Tampa.
