Victoria Rene' Harper "Vicky" of Sun City Center, Florida, born on December 12, 1957 in Middletown, Oh. to Bill and Betty Lou Napier, sadly passed away on September 2, 2023 at the young age of 65. Vicky was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Gregory M. Harper; daughter, Bobbi L. Garcia (Nelson); son Gregory B. Harper (Katherine); grandchildren, Cameron Blanco, Carson Lemons and Savannah Harper.
Vicky was taken too soon from all of us, she will be greatly missed but her memory will be with us always.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at The Sun City Center Community Hall, 1910 Pebble Beach Blvd, Sun City Center, FL 33573 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
