Velma Frances Menendez

Mrs. Menendez was born May 2, 1933 in Plant City, FL to John Nathan Bodie and Votie Idell Cooper. She was a retired cafeteria hand from Tampa School Board.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Carol and Mike Franklin of Elberton, GA, Vivian and Randall Harris of Seffner, FL, son and daughter-in-law: Antonio and Teresa Menendez, Jr. of Elberton, GA, seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Antonio Menedez, Sr., her daughter Toni Yvonne Menendez, and all of her siblings.

Graveside services will take place on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 10AM at Centro Asturiano Memorial Park Cemetery in Tampa, FL.
