Todd Jonathan Kramer suddenly passed away July 3, 2023. He was born March 19,1961 to Constance and Arthur Kramer. Todd was a fierce debater, animal lover, Corvette enthusiast, and more. He will be missed and remembered in our hearts. He survived by his Mom, Constance Kramer, three sisters, Debra Howell, Jill LaRocca and Penny Meerkreebs and his brother, David Kramer.
