Ted was born in Lake Ariel, Pa. on May 17, 1932. He was an Army veteran from 1953-1955. He was a volunteer fireman and a Boy Scout leader in Tonawanda NY. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and uncle. Ted spent his life making people laugh and always greeted others with a genuine smile on his face. He was a dedicated and joyful servant in his church. He has touched so many lives during his lifetime.
He is survived by the love of his life, his wife Nancy of 58 years, son Ken Klein (Darla), daughter Gail Parker (Dan), and sisters Lois Travis and Anna Jean Genovese (Bobby), and many nieces and nephews whom he loved.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Geraldine Klein, sister Gertrude Clemo (Raymond), and brother Russell Klein (Shirley).
We want to thank our church family for hosting Ted’s Celebration of Life service which will be held Saturday August 19 at 11:00 AM at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that instead, donations be made to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
