My love and prayers go out to Jennifer, Katie, and Suzie's entire family during this very sad time. To know Suzie, was to love Suzie. I worked with Suzie for just 3 short years, but in those 3 short years she became my friend, my confidant,  and almost like a pseudo mom who worked right alongside me as I taught kindergarten. She was a warm, funny, genuine, and kindhearted person who went out of her way to help family and friends. We connected a few times after I left teaching to stay at home with my kids and after my move back to the Northeast. Every time we spoke on the phone, it was like time had not passed at all. She will be missed by so many and I just know her grandkids must miss her like crazy.  May she rest in peace and may she be her family's guardian angel forever.  Love and hugs to all. Xoxo 

I worked at Buckhorn with Suzie and was fortunate to be in the class next door to her for several years.  What I remember most about Suzie  was her love for her family and the children whose lives she touched.  One of those lucky students was our son, Michael.  I always admired Suzie’s thoughtfulness over the years which included her heartfelt notes, birthday and Christmas cards, and even a surprise coffee delivery at school after she had retired. I was heartbroken to hear of Suzie’s passing and send my deepest condolences to her beloved family. She will truly be missed! RIP sweet friend❤️

I worked with Suzie at Buckhorn and was blessed to call her my friend. We stayed in touch. She retired first and always checked on me at the beginning of the school year and through out the year.
      She was kind and always considerate of every one she met.Rip, my sweet friend.

Worked with Suzie at buckhorn.  Was awesome lady loved by all her coworker.  We shared Christmas cards till last yr. I moved to the mountains of Ga 7yrs ago and we kind of lost touch except at Christmas.  Prayers and comfort for family.   Carmen Schott

I was so sad to hear abut Suzanne's passing.  No matter how old you are, there is nobody that can replace your mother.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

RIP to the coolest grandma I ever knew! It takes an awesome woman to jump right in and be in a school movie production to help fundraiser for your grandkids a new playground!!! Such a beautiful woman that I was blessed to meet!!! Prayers to the whole family for your loss and blessings for His Peace and Comfort during this time...

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Jaskewicz.
Suzanne is survived by daughters, Jennifer (James) Beckenhaupt and Katie (Draughon) Silcox; sister, Sally Berry; grandchildren, Zachary, Olivia, and Thomas Beckenhaupt, Emmie, Mackenzie and Owen Silcox. She is now our Christmas Angel.
