Words cannot explain how truly saddened I feel that you are gone.  We worked together for so many years and you were the highlight of my day when you stopped my desk.  You always took the time to say good morning to everyone even if you were busy.  Sherry was the kind of person who was always willing to help anyone in need regardless of the circumstance.  She was a great friend and would always take time to listen to what you had to say.  She cared about everyone.  I recall fondly our many chats we had about our children and grandchildren. Her face would like light up with joy when she spoke about her family.  Sherry loved her family deeply and they were so blessed to have you.  God has called his beautiful angel back home.  I know you  will be forever in our hearts and watching over your family.  She has meant so much to so many people and I am truly blessed to have known her.  To her family my thoughts and prayers are with you.  I wish you all healing and peace.

Sherry was one of the hardest working, inspirational, strongest and loving people I had ever met.  Amazing Mother, friend and GrandMother.  Our church was so blessed by her presence spiritual and physically.  Love u friend / see u on the other side !! 😘😘

I met Sherry through her sister Janice and that was when we went on a cruise with our church, she was just a beautiful person and it was as if I had known her all of my life, like a lot of people her smile was infectious.  On the ship when I would go up for breakfast she would be there smiling and enjoying her self I always looked for Janice because I knew Sherry was not to far away.  I am going to miss my cruise friend but she is cruising in the arms of Jesus now,take joy in the fact that you knew her and what a beautiful soul.

For years prior to actually meeting Sherry,  I was regaled with stories about her. Once I actually met her, i wasn't suprised at her generous heart and compassionate spirit. The times we spent in each others company was always filled with joy and laughter. As many have said,  she had that mega-watt smile that would make you want to smile also. I am thankful that I could call such a beautiful person Friend! Gone, but you will never be forgotten!

Over the past year  we talked Every morning for hours about family, the job, the kids, acquaintances  and Our next adventure as she made her rounds at Humana.  She was proud of her children. She had a bucket list and I helped fulfill it. Miss you Sherry!

Our loving babysister Sherry is  going to well miss  I just like to say my thought are so many but i  just like to say she was so real and  dear to me I remember when we went to our first stepping set we dance like we were the only people in the room she say Annette let just dance  let  have fun  and we did that smile was my ok that she enjoy herself,   

There are so many things to say about this beautiful soul. As a few have mentioned her smile was contagious . She talked about her children and grandchildren all the time. She would come by my desk every morning to chit chat and make me laugh when I needed it the most. Her stories were so funny.  Sherry I’m so saddened by the news I received that you are no longer here with us all that loved you dearly. My heart hurts for her family. May she sleep in eternal peace. No more pain. Sleep with the angels Sherry. Until we meet again. 

I was very young when Sherry married into the family! During my teenage years she took on the role as a big sister. She in trusted me with one of my first baby sitting jobs. There was even a time in my life when she was the only levelheaded person around me. She guided me through a lot of situations that I didn’t know how to handle in my mother’s absence. She helped me make few important decisions that avoided a some wrong  paths I could have taken as a young lady. It broke my heart to see her move away from Colorado. We cried, laughed and prayed together. I appreciate the love that she added to my life and will cherish knowing her!

Sherry and I grew up together as Childhood Friends.   Growing up were the best times of my life.  We played Softball (which was our favorite hobby/sport), walked to school together daily and also eased our way into parties that our big sisters and brothers would have not approved being that we were too young. You could catch that SMILE a mile away.   Although I haven't seen her in years,  the memories still seemed like yesterday.  God Bless her Children and give the entire Family Strength during this difficult time 💖💖

I am praying for the Family. She was an amazing women with the most infectious smile she was always so kind and will be missed by so many. Love ya lady rest in peace.

Sherry and I have known each other for a couple of years. She and I would trade lunch for conversation and through that we found out  we had a lot in common, our place of birth and our love for Jesus. We also discuss our children and grandchildren. I can't express what I am feeling right now, just that I am in shock. Sherry put the C in care, she was always checking in on people as she took her daily rounds. She displayed a natural genuine vibe of kindness and concern for others.  I will truly miss my sister, her smile was always there when I needed it. My condolences to your wonderful family.

I met Sherry at our church and was immediately drawn to her beautiful smile and warm heart. Gentle yet crazy as they come. I know that God led her life because of how she led her children. To say that she will be missed is an understatement, this world doesn’t get too many “Sherry’s” and Sheey Wheeler was a once in a lifetime person. May God continue to guide her children and give them the spiritual, physical and emotional strength to heal and make it through the troubling times ahead.  Rest in God’s peace Sherry until we meet again!

Although we never spoke,  I would always acknowledge Ms. Sherry via eye contact.  Her stoic gaze always assured me that we were safe and taken care of.  She is sorely missed here at Humana.

Thank you Mrs. Sherry for all that you have done for me. I met her at Humana and she instantly became like a mother figure to me. The endless advice and laughs that we shared will always be cherished. I’ll never forget the times we watched “Let’s make a deal” and we’d just laugh! I am so thankful to have known Ms. Sherry and wish I had a chance to tell  her how much she was loved by her Humana family. Over my past 5 years at Humana,  Ms. Sherry has always been a friendly face and confidant. I  remember times when I had to bring my daughter into the office and  Ms. Sherry wouldn't allow it because she did not play when it came to liabilities. So instead of turning me around, Ms. Sherry would offer to sit with my daughter while I handled my business. She gave her snacks, played games and comforted her and when I would  come back she would be sitting next to Ms. Sherry talking her ear off. I appreciated that so much. She loved her grandchildren dearly and I could see that through the way she treated my daughter. Thank you Ms. Sherry for your kindness. You will live on in our hearts! 

MISS SHERRY WAS SUCH A SWEET, AND LOVING PERSON. I WOULD SEE HER EVERYDAY WHEN I CAME INTO WORK AND EVERYDAY WHEN I LEFT SHE ALWAYS WAS SO KIND AND HAD A BRIGHT SMILE ON HER FACE. SHE WILL TRULY BE MISSED 

It is with a sad heart that I write this.  Sherry had a presence about her that was exceptional! I did not have many interactions with Sherry except saying good morning every day that I arrived to work. I talked to her a couple of times over the years at Humana and really enjoyed our conversations and little comments throughout the times I interacted with her.  My condolences to her family and friends. Sherry had a spirit of Excellence  physically and in her job and it showed! Her family is in our prayers and hearts during this time of her Home Going. 

I did not get to see much of her because I worked from home but the times that I did work at the center or came in, her beautiful smile was the first thing I would notice and always remembered. I am truly sorry for your loss. May the Lord bring peace and comfort to the family. God Bless you all.

I appreciate Ms. Sherry's dedication at the Humana building where I saw her just about everyday when I worked in 2100 building a few years ago.  She always had something positive to say if she saw you coming in with your head down.  I appreciate those times.  My condolences to her children and family member's.

I will always remember Sherry as a strong woman that put God and her children before anything else.  She always talked about how much her children meant to her and how blessed she is to have them. She also talked about the adventures she went on and the great times she spent with her mother and sisters.  (Especially the first cruise she went on, she had so much fun!). She was inspiring and I always looked up to her as being a great role model.   She's a great friend and always took the time to listen and was a great shoulder to lean on.  We both are huge  popcorn  fans and she would always be sure to have a bag of Garrets popcorn on my desk.  Its hard to forget someone that gave you so much to remember.  To her family,  You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
