MILLS, Shelby Jean 81, went home to Jesus on March 4, 2020 at 1:38 AM. Shelby is survived by her husband, Charles Mills; sister, Lillie Pratt; daughter, Darlene Jacobs and her husband (Richard Jacobs); son, Michael Miller and loved one (Joyce Stover Pulley); grandchildren, Mary Ann Chan, Joshua Jacobs and Chad A Miller; great grandchildren, Joseph C Miller and Jazmyn Miller. She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Nathan Wilson and mother, Mattie Lou Altman; brothers, W.L. Wilson and Bobby Taylor; sister, Gail Jarrell and Brenda Tedder, late husband, Jerry A. Miller Sr; son, Jerry A. Miller Jr and grandson, Jerry Christopher Miller. Shelby was a beautiful woman inside and out. She loved all of her family so much and will be dearly missed. There will be a visitation on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 2:00pm-2:30pm for family; 2:30-3:00pm for friends of the family. Celebration of Life service will take place at 3:00pm for everyone at Open Door Baptist Church, 7405 Harney Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 E. Lake Avenue Tampa, FL.
