Sara Ruiz, 77, of La Habana, passed away on August 11, 2023 in Tampa, Fl.
Sara was born in La Ceiba, Cuba to Hilda Valdes y Lopez and Rafael Regueira y Guerra on August 23, 1946. She married Fernando Oscar Ruiz on August 20, 1968 in La Habana.
Sara is preceded in death by husband Fernando Oscar Ruiz.
Sara is survived by her daughter Deborah Ana (Osvaldo) Macias; grandchildren Rebecca Ann
(Joshua) Macias, Patricia Marie (Austin) Cook, and Fernando (Ashley) Macias; and great-grandchild Bear Cook.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Blount & Curry Garden of Memories with Father Ruiz, officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.
